The courier partner for your order will be selected based on your delivery location, service availability, and operational efficiency.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods, festivals, or promotional sales, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email and/or SMS (where applicable) along with your tracking details.


Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within:

7–10 Business Days

Actual delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email or SMS.

If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment.

Please ensure that:

  • The shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Someone is available to receive the package.

  • Your registered mobile number is reachable during delivery.

Failure to accept delivery after multiple attempts may result in the order being returned to our warehouse.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

ALLTIME shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional shipping costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Damaged Package During Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  • Taking clear photographs of the package before opening it.

  • Recording an unboxing video, if possible.

  • Contacting our customer support immediately.

Any claims for damaged or incorrect products must be raised in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
